Overview

Adam Dummer represents individuals and insurance providers in matters pertaining to personal injury, wrongful death, construction defect, and other related litigation in a private practice that manages the full life cycle of a case. He performs case discovery, conducts depositions, drafts all forms of necessary legal documents, and provides representation in district court hearings, providing collaborative client service which results in beneficial resolutions.

Adam’s previous experience includes multiple stints as a summer associate in private practice, in which he performed extensive legal research and writing tasks and played an important role in initial case analysis, including document review. He has concentrated his legal work on the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, intentional torts, and general commercial litigation. He frequently collaborates with insurance adjusters and has assisted clients within multiple industries, including construction and trucking and auto.

While in law school, Adam was an active member of the moot court competition, gaining foundational legal skills he employs to form strategic arguments as a litigator.
