Spencer Fane LLP attorney Josh Dickinson testified before the Nebraska Judiciary Committee on January 19, 2018 in conjunction with the Nebraska Collector’s Association (NCA) support of Legislative Bill (LB710). The bill presents an amendment and clarification to Nebraska statute 25–1801, which establishes collector’s rights to seek interest, costs, and attorney’s fees on certain debt.

Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce that partner Leslie Greathouse, who has been with the firm since 2008, has been appointed general counsel of Spencer Fane. This is a new position in the firm and Leslie’s role is effective as of January 1.
