Spencer Fane attorney Rick Herold recently published an article (drafted on January 15) with The Arizona Banker, the official magazine of the Arizona Bankers Association, addressing how to meet various communications challenges and limit similar risks in the face of an economic downturn.
Titled “Loose Lips Sink Ships: Are You Ready for a Downturn,” the article tackles how “soft statements” made in person, over the telephone or in email can present risks during these challenging times. Herold continues by providing insights on a series of tools that can be deployed to reduce those risks in the current environment.
