Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce the addition of George M. Rowley, who joins the firm as Of Counsel in its special districts practice.
For more than 18 years, George has helped clients find solutions to many financing and legal challenges that arise during development and revitalization initiatives. He works closely with municipalities, developers and businesses, providing guidance and counsel in all aspects of special taxing districts, including private-public partnerships, bond issuances, real property transactions, intergovernmental agreements, construction bidding and contracting, TABOR compliance, cost-share agreements, easement and right-of-way issues and legislative matters.

George is licensed to practice in both Colorado and Utah. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Brigham Young University.
