Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce the addition of two partners and an associate attorney to its two Dallas-area offices.
The new hires continue the firm’s growth in the region, and add more valuable experience to help better serve the needs of clients in and outside of Texas. Partner Peg Donahue Hall and Associate Jeremy Rucker join the firm’s Dallas office and Partner Shawn Tuma joins the Plano office.

Having practiced in cybersecurity since 1999, Tuma is widely recognized in cybersecurity and data privacy law. He represents clients across the United States and globally, and is frequently sought out and hired by other lawyers and law firms to advise them when these issues arise in cases for their own clients.

Hall joins the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. She has extensive experience handling a wide range of litigation matters, often serving as national counsel defending mass claims in multi-district proceedings. Rucker joins the firm’s Data Privacy and Cybersecurity group, and has assisted clients with numerous matters related to data security and protection.
