Spencer Fane was recently selected for inclusion in the Diversity and Flexibility Alliance’s New Partner Report as a “Tipping the Scales” firm at the organization’s Annual Conference. This recognition acknowledges United States-based firms for having at least 50% of new partners be women in 2021.
This report is “a yearly compilation of data from more than 100 (187 this year) of the nation’s largest and top-grossing law firms examining the gender breakdown of attorneys promoted to partnership in their U.S. offices.” The selection process is based on publicly available data from the past ten years, including firm announcements and self-reporting services.
