James Dankenbring Appointed to Advisory Board of International Alliance of Independent Law Firms
Spencer Fane is pleased to announce that Partner James Dankenbring was recently appointed to the Advisory Board of TAGLaw, an international alliance of independent law firms, which provides accounting, legal, financial and business support services to its member firms.
The TAGLaw Advisory Board is comprised of prominent lawyers from around the world and assists TAGLaw’s management in reviewing prospective new members, offering feedback for the planning of international conferences and providing valuable guidance on future plans and initiatives.

In addition to TAGLaw, Dankenbring has held numerous positions of leadership in his local civic and legal communities. He previously served on The Missouri Bar Board of Governors and is a member of the Lutheran Foundation of St. Louis Board of Directors, the Lutheran Indian Ministries Board of Directors, The Foundation for Called Workers Board of Directors and the Educational Enterprises, Inc. Board of Directors.
Dankenbring is an active member of the Spencer Fane Corporate Group where he focuses his practice on representing businesses in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, complex contract negotiations and executive compensation. Through his active participation in TAGLaw, he has developed personal relationships with lawyers around the world. As a result, he often represents parties in cross-border joint ventures and strategic alliances.
