Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Andy Anderson to the firm’s Phoenix office as Of Counsel in the Business Transactions practice group.
As part of the growing Spencer Fane team in Arizona, Anderson’s practice focuses on leading clients from negotiation to closing in corporate and mergers and acquisitions transactions. He regularly provides counsel on issues associated with limited liability and partnership law and currently serves on a State Bar of Arizona subcommittee that drafted the Arizona Limited Liability Company Act.
Anderson assists companies with commercial transactions in the technology, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, construction and real estate industries. His real estate experience includes negotiation of a manufacturing joint venture, purchase of a hospitality business and the sale of a retail business that included associated franchising and leasing agreements.

Anderson completed his Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law in 2009.
