Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Tim Ahrenhoersterbaeumer to the firm’s St. Louis office. He will serve as Of Counsel in the Litigation Practice Group.
Ahrenhoersterbaeumer represents businesses in civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial matters, construction and insurance coverage and defense. His work includes successful outcomes in cases involving consumer fraud and violations of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act and providing counsel to contractors in disputes related to complex projects. His extensive background in insurance law provides additional perspective to better serve clients in these areas.

Ahrenhoersterbaeumer has successfully tried cases in various courts in the State of Missouri and has also obtained favorable results in both administrative hearings and arbitration. His appellate experience includes successfully briefing and arguing appeals before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District and the United States Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit.
A graduate of the University of Missouri, Ahrenhoersterbaeumer earned his Juris Doctor from the St. Louis University School of Law.
