Spencer Fane attorney Shawn Tuma recently gave three presentations on a variety of Cybersecurity topics.
Shawn spoke at two events in August hosted by the TexasBarCLE. At the Advanced In-House Counsel course on data privacy, he presented “Data Privacy/GDPR Compliance and Security,” and at the Advanced Civil Trial course, he presented on cybersecurity. Shawn also presented “Regulatory and Ethical Considerations for Handling Sensitive Electronic Information” at the Advanced Texas Administrative Law Seminar at the University of Texas School of Law CLE program.
