Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Sam Young as an associate in the firm’s Financial Services practice group.
Young’s experience includes representing clients in a broad range of transactional matters, including real estate sales and acquisitions, leasing and development, land use, and business sales and acquisitions. He has worked with companies ranging from startups to publicly traded entities.
“Sam is highly qualified and has significant experience in his practice areas. Young earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame.
Prior to pursuing a career in law, Young worked for a large consulting company and oversaw day-to-day operations for a large federal government compliance contract. He also had a stint working at the United States Department of Justice in the Antitrust division. His previous work provides unique insight to clients in business matters.
