Sarah Sicotte

Overview
Sarah Sicotte helps clients through the full life cycle of business and real estate transactions, including acquisition, structuring, negotiation, development, and financing for projects of all sizes. She works with businesses, developers and investors on a wide variety of matters, including entity formation, mergers, asset-purchases, restructuring, and commercial transactions.
Sarah’s experience includes reviewing, negotiating and drafting leases; purchase and sale agreements; easements; licenses; development and construction contracts; sale-leaseback agreements; mortgages; promissory notes; land grants and conveyances; title commitments and title policies; deeds of trust; security agreements; and liens and encumbrances on real property.
Currently back in private practice, Sarah also served a decade as a diplomat for the U.S. Department of State, completing tours overseas in Iraq, Tunisia, and Yemen.
