Evan Blonigen represents insurance carriers in complex commercial actions at both the trial and appellate levels, focusing on claims for breach of contract and insurance bad faith.
Evan has been practicing since 2015 with a focus on representing insurance companies and their insureds. Prior to joining Spencer Fane, Evan worked at two Denver-based firms where he gained experience in motions practice, e-discovery, depositions, and case resolution. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School after completing his undergraduate studies at University of Wyoming.
