Christa Chance

Overview
As a seasoned litigator, Christa Chance advises clients in complex, multiparty toxic tort and product liability litigation. Working closely with clients and their in-house counsel, she develops effective defense strategies for resolving cases and manages all aspects of trial preparation form case inception to completion. Christa defends cases pending in both state and federal courts, including multidistrict litigation and class actions.
Christa currently serves as national coordinating counsel and has defended clients in toxic tort matters involving asbestos, silica, benzene, and other substances. Additionally, she has defended manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors of consumer products and medical devices.
Over the course of her work preparing, deposing, and cross-examining a wide variety of expert witnesses, Christa has developed strong working knowledge in several scientific and technical fields, working closely with engineers, industrial hygienists, epidemiologists, pathologists, and treating physicians.
