At the February Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA) Technical Conference, Spencer Fane attorney Paul Jacobson updated attendees on the recent changes in federal regulations regarding the management of hazardous waste.
In his presentation to environmental regulators, technical consultants and industry members, Paul discussed the Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Rule, which the EPA claims will simplify regulations governing hazardous waste generators and allow generators greater flexibility in managing their hazardous waste.
