Spencer Fane attorneys Nicole Detweiler and Jacob Sparks recently published an article featured in ColoradoBiz magazine discussing the impact of the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019 (SBRA) on certain Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
Titled “What You Need to Know About the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019,” the article explains how the SBRA modifies traditional Chapter 11 practices and procedures with the intention of creating a faster, more efficient Chapter 11 process for small business debtors. Nicole and Jacob also discuss how creditors can proactively approach SBRA cases.
