Spencer Fane attorney Mike Patterson, recently presented as part of an executive workshop hosted in Spencer Fane’s offices by Tetakawi on manufacturing in Mexico.
Titled “USMCA Update,” Mike’s presentation covered the status of ratification of the USMCA (United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement) and the impact it will have on manufacturing in Mexico and cross border trade between US, Canada and Mexico (and international positioning, e.g. vis-à-vis China). The workshop as a whole outlined the opportunities, costs and risks associated with doing business in Mexico.
