Knight Lancaster Named to Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 Class

Spencer Fane Bone McAllester attorney Knight Lancaster was recently named to Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 class for 2022 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Honorees are those in the Nashville area who are “making a name for themselves in their profession” and “are on strong career trajectories, active within their community and have a desire to do even more.”

Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 class is an “elite recognition program and philanthropic fundraising competition showcasing the city’s most active young professionals and philanthropists under the age of 30 while benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s work to develop ways to control and cure cystic fibrosis.” The members of the 2022 class will be honored at an upcoming charitable celebration gala.

“I am honored to have been selected as one of Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 and am grateful for the recognition,” Knight said in a Belmont University article. “It’s a privilege to be recognized alongside individuals from some of Nashville’s most established and influential organizations and I look forward to working with them over the summer.”

Knight was recognized for his legal and financial background, including his experience as a practicing Certified Public Accountant and credit analyst for a financial institution. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, and change in control transactions; private placement offerings of equity and debt; multi-entity organizational structure planning for federal and state tax purposes and operational efficiency; advising closely-held businesses across a variety of exit strategies (private equity, ESOPs, strategic and financial buyers, and outright sales to current management); and, municipal debt financing.
