Kimberly Slay Holmes Talks Hall of Fame Honor with The Minnesota Lawyer

Spencer Fane attorney Kimberly Slay Holmes was recently interviewed by Minnesota Lawyer reporter Todd Nelson to discuss her April 1 induction into the Southern University Law Center Hall of Fame.

In the article, Breaking the Ice: Alumna Inducted Into Law School’s Hall of Fame, Kim shared what the honor meant to her. She also revealed insights into her career trajectory, family, and personal interests.

“People might think that it might be boring to be an attorney, especially when I was a tax attorney,” Kim said. “What’s interesting about it is that we get to learn about the businesses of our clients.”
