Spencer Fane is thrilled to announce attorney Julia Vander Weele has been named to the Kansas City Business Journal (KCBJ) 2023 Class of Women Who Mean Business.
This year, KCBJ selected 25 women as honorees in celebration of their significant impact on their industry and the Kansas City community. As part of this recognition, Julia and her fellow honorees will be featured in a special August 18 edition of the KCBJ and formally acknowledged at an awards ceremony the same day.
At Spencer Fane, Julia serves as an employee benefits attorney who also sits on the Spencer Fane Executive Committee and serves as the Kansas City Office Managing Partner. In addition to her leadership at the firm, Julia maintains a full-time legal practice that helps employers and other benefit plan sponsors create and maintain competitive benefits packages that attract and retain talent to help their businesses thrive.
