Position Summary

This position is responsible for litigation case support as well as supporting the Litigation Support Manager and Assistant Litigation Support Manager in coordinating and executing litigation support projects. The individual will be working in a dynamic environment that requires excellent organization, handling a multitude of tasks simultaneously, independent thinking and self-direction, the ability to work well with people, and determination to get the job done.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day litigation support functional needs of assigned cases and tasks
  • Provide basic training on eDiscovery and litigation support systems as needed
  • Manage client data as necessary for use with Relativity, Viewpoint and Case Notebook
  • Coordinate with our eDiscovery vendors regarding eDiscovery projects and daily requests
  • Provide Case Notebook support as needed
  • Communicate with internal personnel and clients as needed regarding project needs
  • Provide Trial Director support in preparation for and at trials as necessary
  • Support the Litigation Support Manager and Assistant Litigation Support Manager with additional tasks as needed
  • Deliver exceptional client service both internally and externally in a professional manner with discretion and confidentiality

Qualifications and skills

  • At least 4 years of litigation support and eDiscovery case management experience is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a client service environment
  • Requires proficiency in the understanding of eDiscovery processes as well as litigation support systems (e.g. Relativity, Viewpoint, Case Notebook, Trial Director);
  • Experience in providing trial support is a plus
  • Experience providing basic training to individuals on litigation support and eDiscovery systems is a plus
  • Requires at a minimum completion of a four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate projects and cases from more than one attorney simultaneously
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work long hours when needed
  • Flexibility to travel if necessary
  • Must conduct all business in a confidential manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel required 


  • Position is generally sedentary in nature; involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time;
  • Ability to occasionally or routinely lift up 10 – 20 lbs. required;
  • Ability to talk and hear required;
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions required;
  • Ability to sit, stand and walk required;
  • Ability to reach, lift, climb, balance, stoop and crouch required; and
  • Ability to see and read PC screens, detect color coding, read fine print, and/or normal type size print.
