Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to welcome Jay Ji as an associate in the Business Transactions practice at the firm’s St. Louis/Clayton office.
Ji’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate, and real estate transactions, and he also has experience in employment-based immigration matters. He speaks and writes in Chinese and French.
“Jay brings a wonderful combination of legal experience and unique skills,” said Frank Neuner, office managing partner for the firm’s St. Louis offices. “We look forward to incorporating him into our Business Transactions practice and utilizing his abilities to better serve clients and continue to grow in this market.”
Ji completed his undergraduate work, including a term studying in Paris, from the University of Chicago, where he graduated with general honors. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law.
During law school, Ji served as a judicial intern for U.S. District Court Judge Michael J. Reagan, and most recently, Ji worked as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
