Titled “Dealing with Digital Detractors: What You Need to Know About Responding to Negative Online Reviews,” John discussed how lawyers can navigate receiving negative comments online.
John addressed the ethical boundaries attorneys are faced with when responding to situations where they are trying to maintain a positive reputation. He gave examples from ethics opinions, disciplinary actions, and related lawsuits nationwide.
