Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Justin T. Winquist joined the firm’s Denver office as an of counsel attorney in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group.
Justin helps national property and casualty insurance carriers navigate insurance coverage and bad faith claims, providing astute guidance with a focus on minimizing costly litigation. He also brings extensive experience in matters involving complex commercial litigation and business disputes, class actions, appeals, personal injury, and product liability.
While focusing on providing defense in state and federal courts, Justin has notably litigated cases on both sides of the aisle, gaining a unique perspective he uses to facilitate favorable settlements and defeat claims in the earliest stages of dispute resolution.

Justin completed his undergraduate studies at Northwestern University before earning his Juris Doctor cum laude at American University’s Washington College of Law.
