Spencer Fane attorneys Bill Hopkins and Ayesha Mehdi served as key presenters for the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA)’s Health Care Law Section Meeting on July 13.
Their webinar, Corporate Practice of Medicine and Fee Splitting in Medical Spas: Understanding Legal Implications, discussed restrictions that affect the expanding medical spa industry. They also provided best practices for business organizational structures impacted by the Corporate Practice of Medicine and Fee-Splitting prohibitions.
The OCBA is one of the largest voluntary bar associations in California. Members meet regularly in sections and committees and benefit from the organization’s wide variety of programs, services, and opportunities that exist to enhance the justice system, support lawyers, and assist the community.
