Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Tom Dolphin has joined the firm’s Denver office. He will serve as an associate in the Financial Services practice group.
Dolphin has been practicing law since 2006 with a focus on finance, real estate, and commercial transactions. This includes 12 years spent serving as general counsel and senior vice president to a financial institution.
“Tom’s combination of experience both within the financial industry and handling related matters in private practice will be extremely beneficial to our practice,” said Ron Fano, office managing partner for Spencer Fane in Denver. “We look forward to his ability to further strengthen our financial services team and our commitment to responsive and dynamic client service.”
Currently, Dolphin’s practice includes a focus on loans and financial transactions, loan defaults and workouts, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, commercial and industrial leasing, and commercial property management. Additionally, he represents both landlords and tenants in agreements involving office space and shopping centers.
Dolphin completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
