Rise Run Capital was recently honored as part of D CEO’s 2021 Mergers and Acquisitions Award program. The group was included among the magazine’s “Deals of the Year” list for their acquisition of House of Outdoors (Googan Baits, Made By Influence, and Fish Media).
The list honors “the top mergers and acquisitions in North Texas—and the dealmakers who made them happen.”
Spencer Fane attorney Brian Memory and Aaron Pawlitz led Rise Run Capital’s legal team throughout the deal as an integral part in finalizing the acquisition. Brian and Aaron were proud to see the Rise Run Capital team honored for this well-deserved award out of a record number of nominations.
