Mandy Strickland Floyd Selected for the TBALL Class of 2022

Spencer Fane Bone McAllester attorney Mandy Strickland Floyd was recently selected for the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law (TBALL) Class of 2022. This program is “designed to equip Tennessee lawyers with the vision, knowledge and skills necessary to serve as leaders in their profession and local communities.”

Mandy was one of 34 attorneys chosen for the TBALL Class of 2022, which spans six months, providing the opportunity to learn about leadership in the legal industry, issues that arise in the courtroom, state government policymaking, and the significance of community service.

In her practice, Mandy concentrates on the areas of labor and employment law, constitutional and civil rights, education law, and general business litigation. She provides strategic advocacy for her clients in a wide range of civil litigation, dispute resolution, and appellate matters, allowing them to successfully resolve issues while minimizing damage and impact on their business. In the community, Mandy is on the Leadership Forum Steering Committee at the Nashville Bar Foundation, Board Member of the Lawyers’ Association for Women, and Board of Trustees at the Nashville Children’s Theater.
