Spencer Fane Bone McAllester attorney Mandy Strickland Floyd was recently honored with the 40 Under 40 award by the Nashville Business Journal (NBJ). This honor recognizes “the faces that will shape Nashville in the years to come by highlighting high-performing executives under the age of 40.”
Mandy was featured for her legal career and involvement in numerous professional organizations. In her practice, Mandy provides strategic advocacy for her clients in a wide range of civil litigation, dispute resolution, and appellate matters, allowing them to successfully resolve issues while minimizing damage and impact on their business. She holds leadership roles in the Nashville Bar Foundation Leadership Forum, Lawyers’ Association for Women, and Nashville Children’s Theater.
Answering a personal question for the NBJ’s profile, Mandy discussed her preference for working in the office, explaining, “I expected to enjoy working from home, but I have learned that I do not! I have realized that I love working in the office and being with my team every day. I benefit from working (and learning from others) in community.”
