Spencer Fane attorney Josh Dickinson will present at the National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA) Fall Litigation Boot Camp, discussing the rules of evidence in court.
Titled “Overview of Evidentiary Concepts,” Josh’s presentation will outline common evidentiary concepts of admissibility, judicial notice, introducing evidence into the record, and hearsay and its exceptions, all essential elements to proving claims based on unpaid debt.
