Spencer Fane attorney Jon Farnsworth will conduct two presentations at a National Business Institute (NBI) video webcast course focusing on cybersecurity issues. The course is aimed at attorneys, paralegals, business executives and information services managers.
Titled “Privacy, Data Security and Cybersecurity: Getting the Basics Down,” the course will cover laws and ethics, threats and vulnerabilities, best practices, service provider agreements, and breaches. Jon will present two sessions including, “Third-Party Service Provider Agreements” and “Legal Ethics”
