Spencer Fane partner, John Browning, was recently quoted in a LegalTech News article on how artificial intelligence (AI) may shape the legal industry.
In the article, John noted that attorneys will need to adapt to new technology as their clients adapt. “It’s largely client-driven, the clients we represent may be using various technology,” John explained. “They are going to look to their outside counsel to share that same mindset.”
John is the author of four books on social media and the law, and has published several articles on artificial intelligence and its impact on the legal industry. He serves as Chair of the Computer and Technology Section of the State Bar of Texas, and is an adjunct professor at SMU Dedman School of Law
