John Browning Joins Panel for St. Thomas School of Law Fall Symposium

Spencer Fane attorney John Browning served as a featured speaker for the University of St. Thomas (UST) Law Journal Fall Symposium on November 4 in Minneapolis. The theme for this year’s UST Symposium was A Roadmap for Law School Modernity: Teaching Technology Competence.

During his presentation, Ignorance is Not Bliss: Educating Lawyers and Law Students about the High Cost of Shirking the Duty of Technology Competency, John led a panel discussion that outlined the importance of cybersecurity in both the legal profession and the classroom. The panel was part of the Symposium’s roadmap for attorneys who want to promote legal technology and harness the future opportunities it engenders.
