Spencer Fane attorney Erick Robinson was recently selected for inclusion in the 2022 IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders Guide (he was previously selected for 2021). The guide recognizes “leading figures in the IP world drawn from in-house, private practice, service providers and beyond.”
Included among a group of global professionals, Erick was honored for his multi-faceted background and leadership in his practice as the Co-Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.
“Everything a patentee’s counsel does should accomplish one of two things: move the case toward trial, or make the case more likely to be won at trial. Anything else is inefficient and should be minimized or eliminated,” Erick noted in his IAM Strategy 300 profile. “Nothing can be accomplished alone, as success requires the ‘three Cs’ – communication, collaboration and co-operation.”
