Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Elizabeth Wente has been named as one of Springfield Business Journal’s (SBJ) 2022 class of Most Influential Women. For 23 years, SBJ has honored women for their professional and civic accomplishments and contributions through its Most Influential Women awards program.
Elizabeth and her fellow 2022 Most Influential Women honorees will be honored at an October 25 event.
At Spencer Fane, Elizabeth’s goal for her practice is to serve as a resource throughout the life of the organization, not only when the client is facing litigation. To do this, Elizabeth collaborates with employers to implement preventive policies and practices to mitigate the potential for employment litigation, put the employer in the best defensible position if litigation occurs, and improve the overall workplace. As a result, Elizabeth assists clients with a multitude of employee issues that can occur before, during, and after employment.
