Spencer Fane attorney Elizabeth Wente was featured in the February edition of Missouri Lawyers Weekly, a Missouri Lawyers Media (MLM) publication. The article spotlights Elizabeth following her MLM Law Firm Leader honor.
The article highlights Elizabeth’s background, experience, and accomplishments. Elizabeth also shared reflections about her practice and her DEI efforts at Spencer Fane.
“Our firm has made significant strides in our DEI efforts,” Elizabeth said. “I was honored to be able to lead the [DEI] committee through those changes.”
At the firm, Elizabeth’s goal for her practice is to serve as a resource throughout the life of the organization, not only when the client is facing litigation. To do this, Elizabeth collaborates with employers to implement preventive policies and practices to mitigate the potential for employment litigation, put the employer in the best defensible position if litigation occurs, and improve the overall workplace.
