Spencer Fane attorney DJ Pierre was recently appointed and confirmed as chair of the Central City Economic Development Sales Tax Board of the City of Kansas City, Missouri by Mayor Quinton Lucas and the City Council.
As part of the board, DJ will review and recommend proposals to use approximately $10 million annually in tax receipts for economic development in the area bounded by Ninth Street on the north, Gregory Boulevard on the south, the Paseo on the west and Indiana Avenue on the east.
