Spencer Fane attorney Diane Minear recently authored an article published by Missouri Lawyers Media that outlines the United States affirmative asylum process through the lens of her own pro bono case.
The article, Commentary: My Experience with Affirmative Asylum Law, was first published on the firm’s website and details how Diane and her client, an Afghan refugee, performed the seven steps of affirmative asylum. She also reflected on the challenges and feelings the case fostered.
