Spencer Fane attorney Alvin Zimmerman, former state district judge, will participate on a panel at the annual Texas Mediator Credentialing Association (TMCA) Symposium.
Titled “It’s Intergenerational: The Differences Within Ourselves,” the panel will discuss the situations mediators may encounter when there is a disconnect between parties in a mediation due to intergenerational differences.
