Project Summary:

Five miles of 76 Country Boulevard, known as “The Strip”, is slated for modernization. 76 Country Boulevard has, for decades, delivered people to destinations of joy, renewal, wonder and amusement. This corridor, which began as a two-lane rural road through the Ozark countryside and is now the bustling gateway to over 7.5 million visitors a year, is showing its age and its physical limitations. It too is in need of a renewal.

The Spirit of 76 Project is a multi-year, multi-phase project and is a collaborative effort between Spencer Fane, Cook, Flatt & Strobel, Sprinkle Consulting, BNIM architects, Barge Waggoner Sumner & Cannon, and CJW Transportation Consultants.
