The U.S. Department of Education finally released the Biden administration’s proposed changes to the Title IX regulations. The proposal involves more changes to the grievance process and would expand the scope of Title IX coverage and school districts’ responsibilities.
During the presentation, Stephanie and Madison will provide a description of the major proposed changes to the regulations and host a discussion of the challenges that may result if the regulations become law. They will also provide recommendations for managing Title IX matters while the proposal is pending.
