ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Mike Comodeca is a partner with Spencer Fane where he is a member of its Environmental Law practice group. As the national environmental counsel for a global manufacturer and distributor of household, health and personal care products, Mike advises the company on all aspects of environmental law for its 10 North American facilities, including compliance, permitting and enforcement proceedings. Mike graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1979 and the University of Colorado School of Law in 1986. He was selected by the Army to pursue his Masters in Environmental Law at George Washington University, and graduated with highest honors in 1996.

Rick Wilson is a project manager with Missouri Enterprise with over 20 years of experience in Safety, Continuous Improvement/Lean and Supply Chain. Rick focuses on safety, quality, delivery and cost when working with manufacturing companies. He is a member of the St. Louis Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers and is a Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) and an OSHA Authorized Trainer.
