Spencer Fane attorney Helen Holden will discuss issues surrounding sexual harassment at a 2018 Associated Minority Contractors of Arizona (AMCA) Education Training Learn and Lunch.
In her presentation, Helen will cover current law regarding sexual harassment and sex discrimination, and outline different types of sexual harassment allegations in the workplace today, including issues relating to the LGBTQ community in the workplace, and pay equity.
Her presentation will also feature practical advice on how to decrease gender harassment issues in the workplace and steps an employer can take to limit or reduce potential liability when those issues arise.
