D’Amico Joins Spencer Fane Energy Practice as Partner in Dallas

Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Brad D’Amico to its Dallas office. He will be a partner in the firm’s Energy Practice.

D’Amico handles all aspects of upstream oil and gas transactions and litigation. He is experienced in private equity, direct investment and other capital financing arrangements, but is particularly focused on joint ventures and exploration, development and operating agreements. With more than 25 years of transactional, litigation and regulatory experience, he is frequently called upon by producers, non-operators, investment funds and family offices to serve as outside general counsel or the coordinating attorney in oil and gas, securities and other litigation and insolvency matters.

D’Amico’s industry associations include the Institute for Energy Law, ADAM Energy Forum and Fort Worth Wildcatters. He completed his undergraduate education at Southern Methodist University and earned his Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law.
