Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce the hire of Caleb Rush, who will be a Financial Services associate in the firm’s Plano office.
Rush assists banks in the negotiation, structuring, documentation and closing of commercial financial transactions. He is experienced in drafting loan documents and handling all aspects of the work necessary to finalize deals, which often involve real estate, construction, asset-based lending, bond finance and more. In this capacity, Rush enjoys collaborating and communicating with clients, internal team members and opposing counsel during the transaction process.

Rush completed his undergraduate education at York College before earning his Juris Doctor from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. During his legal education, he completed a clerkship for the Hon. Tommy Bryan in the Alabama Supreme Court and served as editor-in-chief for the Faulkner Law Review.
