Pete Mirakian, a partner with Spencer Fane, practices with the Business & Financial Services Group. He focuses his practice on corporate governance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and tax law. He represents public and private companies and individuals in complex U.S. and international transactions, registered and unregistered securities offerings, securities regulatory compliance, business and tax planning, corporate governance issues, and a wide variety of contractual negotiations. Pete also practices with Spencer Fane’s Corporate Investigations Group. Pete’s knowledge of securities and tax law and corporate governance practices are integral to solving client problems.
