Nick is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. Nick leverages his background as a tax attorney to counsel developers, investors and syndicators in structuring federal and state low-income housing, historic rehabilitation, and new markets tax credit transactions, as well as the use of other development incentives. Nick’s practice also includes counseling businesses in a wide variety of general corporate and transactional matters.
Nick graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law cum laude and was bestowed the Craig Sterne Memorial Award for Excellence in the study of Estate Planning and Taxation as well as the W.B. Putman American Inn of Court Pupil Award. Additionally, Nick received his LL.M (Master of Laws) in taxation from the University of Florida – Levin College of Law. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.
