Mathew Petersen is a member of the firm’s Business Transactions and Banking and Financial Services groups. Mathew’s practice is focused in transactional and regulatory banking matters, including consumer lending and compliance, workouts, bankruptcy and corporate trust.
Mathew graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2018, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and graduated with Pro Bono Distinction. During law school, Mathew served as Editor in Chief of Volume 66 of the University of Kansas Law Review, was a member of the National and National Native American Law Students Association Moot Court Teams, and received the Robert F. Bennett Award for leadership through public service.
