Luke Wolf is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. His experience as a judicial law clerk for Chief Judge Edward J. Cleary, Minnesota Court of Appeals, and as an intern for the Honorable Patrick J. Schiltz, United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, has given him insight into how judges make their decisions. He uses this insight to craft focused, well-reasoned arguments that do not waste the client’s time or money.
Prior to joining the firm, Luke served as a law clerk for the Federal Tort Claims Act Section of the Department of Justice. While with working for the DOJ, he worked on a variety of issues including defense of a $2 million medical malpractice claim, where with the help of Luke’s research and analysis, the client achieved a reduction in settlement costs.
Luke graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota School of Law and was admitted to the Order of the Coif. He served as a managing editor of the ABA Journal of Labor and Employment and a student director of the Child Advocacy Clinic.
