Associate

Emily Reed is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. Emily’s experience includes researching and analyzing a wide range of matters, including noncompete agreements, fraudulent transfers, mergers and acquisitions, and open records law. Emily gained valuable litigation experience while clerking for Honorable Eric F. Melgren of the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas.
Emily completed her undergraduate studies at Emporia State University and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Angel D. Mitchell, Magistrate Judge for the District of Kansas, and spent a summer interning for the Kansas Court of Appeals.
